Custom orders usually take 7–21 days, depending on design complexity and workload. Delivery timelines will be confirmed after consultation.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins. Ready-made items may be eligible for exchange depending on condition — please contact us for details.

Do you offer alterations or revisions?

Minor fitting adjustments can be discussed during consultation. Since all custom pieces are made specifically for you, major design changes after stitching has started may not be possible.

Do you require advance payment?

Yes, an advance payment is required to begin any custom order. The remaining balance is paid before dispatch.
